1.) Managing Director of Suntec NZ Ltd, a New Zealand based horticultural product development company. Suntec NZ Ltd has produced unique horticultural fertiliser formulations, hydroponic nutrients and fertiliser additives, innovative pest control materials, new spraying technology, book publishing and software development.
2.) Partner in Suntec International Hydroponic Consultants. Responsible for design and development of engineering structures, hydroponic nutrient formulation, and general crop management. Also involved in the technical maintenance and statistical analysis of contract research trials, and presentation of seminars and horticultural advisor at a number of international conferences and commercial projects. Responsible also for product development and efficacy testing of horticultural compounds under contract to overseas companies requiring registration data packages.
3.) Quarantine Officer/Inspector for the New Zealand Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF Biosecurity NZ), based part time at Palmerston North International Airport. Responsible for biosecurity clearance of passengers and aircraft arriving into New Zealand. Warranted officer (Biosecurity and ACVM) and accredited XRay operator. |
